Declaration of a Road to be a Public Road - Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 - Old Quay Lane, Carlingford

DECLARATION OF A ROAD TO BE A PUBLIC ROAD

SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to declare the following road to be a Public Road under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993.

A map of the road to be declared a public road is available for inspection online (see attached Location Map) and for public inspection, for a period of one month from Tuesday the 18^th November 2025 and up to and including Friday the 19^th December 2025, during normal opening hours at:

• The Offices of Louth County Council, Millennium Centre, Marshes Lower, Dundalk Co. Louth, A91KFW6, and;

• Carlingford Library, Newry Street, Carlingford A91N266

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the undersigned, not later than 5.00p.m. on Monday 12^th January 2026.
