Temporary Closing of Roads - Section 75 Roads Act, 1993

To facilitate Road Improvement Works

 

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close the under mentioned roads to public traffic, for short durations of not more than five days from

12th August 2025 to 11th August, 2026 to facilitate Road Strengthening, Road Resurfacing Works and Road Safety Improvement Works. Diversion routes will be signposted.

 

Notice is also given that Louth County Council is making a Road Works Speed Limit Order, in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Road Traffic Act 2004, in the interest of road safety at these locations.  Speed Limit of 50kph shall apply to the following entire road lengths, as indicated.
