Louth PPN Community & Voluntary Awards Nomination Form 2025
Louth PPN Secretariat invites you to submit your nomination for Louth PPN Community and Voluntary Awards 2025. These awards recognise the outstanding contribution by and achievement within the Community & Voluntary Sector across County Louth.
Please note the following:
- Only Registered PPN Groups can nominate, HOWEVER, they may nominate a group in the community who is not a registered member.
- Each PPN Group can nominate one person/group in each category. Please use separate entry forms for each nomination.
- Each finalist will receive invites to the Louth PPN Community & Voluntary Awards Ceremony, due to be held on the 19th November 2025 in Monasterboice
- All nominations must be received by Friday 10th October 2025. Nominations received after this date will not be included.
