The Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council Councillor Conor Keelan, in the presence of Ms. Joan Martin, Chief Executive, has opened an online Book of Condolence to allow the people of Louth to extend their sympathies to the family and friends of Ms. Vicky Phelan.
All messages of sympathy will be screened, printed and forwarded in a Book of Condolence to the Phelan Family. Louth County Council reserve the right to remove any messages which are deemed offensive or inappropriate.
