Primary tabs

Louth County Council has started the exciting process of preparing a new masterplan and vision for the future development of Dunleer Town Centre in conjunction with urban design consultants BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd). We want to hear from you, as your input is vital to this process.

We would welcome your comments on how you think the town centre can be improved as an attractive and vibrant place to live, work, visit, and shop.  Your feedback on the challenges facing the town centre is also wanted.

The non-statutory masterplan will create a vision and set out specific objectives and interventions to help re-imagine and revitalise the town centre. When completed, the plan will be used to seek funding and attract investment into the town.

As part of the non-statutory public consultation process, Louth County Council is conducting an online survey for the purposes of gathering valuable information and feedback. We would love to hear from you and invite you to participate in our survey. The online survey can be found  at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CDVZRSC

The Louth County Council online portal will also facilitate you in making any submissions and observations that you may have. Alternatively, you can submit in writing your comments to Louth County Council at the following address: “Dunleer TCF Masterplan”, Louth County Council, Millennium Centre, County Hall, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 KFW6.

Submissions or observations can be made during the public consultation period which will run from Tuesday 6th December 2022 until Sunday 8th January 2023.

Late submissions will not be considered.
