Non-Statutory Public Consultation

Louth County Council wishes to invite members of the public to participate in the non-statutory Public Consultation on the draft Town Centre First Plan for Dunleer. The draft plan has been developed following a collaborative approach between the Dunleer town team, local stakeholders, elected members, Louth County Council, urban designers Building Design Partnership Ltd (BDP) and feedback from the local community.

The draft plan has created a vision and set out specific objectives and interventions to help re-imagine and revitalise the town centre. Following completion of this consultation period and finalisation of the plan it will form the basis to seek future Government funding and attract private investment into the town.

The public consultation period will run from Wednesday 25^th October to Wednesday 8^th November 2023.

A drop in consultation event where the public can meet with the design team and view the draft plan will take place on Wednesday 25^th October from 3pm to 8.00pm at the Market House, Main Street, Dunleer.
